Detective Conan..So Far!

Well I think the road to Detective Conan will be a long one, and I'm sure it will seem worth it in the end, but do i really have to go 58 more volumes without Ran not knowing that Shinichi is really Conan! It's pretty aggravating since its so obvious. I have been downloading the anime in the meantime so that when I finish the manga I can get started on that. The thing is I've been downloading it Dubbed, and while the dub voices aren't really that bad... i realized that the most recent episodes would be subbed. So I'm kinda lost on what to keep downloading. As for the manga, It's great so far even though I'm only on Volume 11, I doubt I can finish the whole 69 volumes before Spring Break [Dare from my Detective Conan obssessed friend Diane], but I'll try my best! But yes so far the Manga, awsome~ i still can't believe NO ONE has discovered out Conan I mean c'mon he's way to smart for a normal grade schooler. I had a hunch that Hattori will figure out that Conan was Shinichi only to be proven correct by Diane...darn it Diane i said no spoilers! LOL. So I guess I'll keep reading :] [The literature paper outline due by the end of Spring Break in the trash forgotten...] hehe :D

Detective Conan Begins!

Okay so spring break has started and I'm hoping to watch at least some anime (while also working on this literature paper due in a month =.="). So i obviously just had to go and pick one of the longest animes/mangas out there..Detective Conan [Cased Close in english]. The manga has been running since 1994 (which is basically a year longer than I've been alive) and the anime has been running since 1996. So you can imagine that's my lifetime worth of chapters and episodes. I started the anime, and heading towards episode 5 i decided to switch to the manga, so while i read i can download the episodes and make sure i have them all. So i basically wont go over 231 episodes then be freaking out ex: OMG where's episode 232! NO!!!. Cause yea with my luck that can happen. So far I think the plot line has been very good. I must admit Shinichi is very good at deducting things, it kinda makes me want to get into my whole CSI phase again. To say that I like things like this so much i was about to choose Forensic Science for my high school course but I'm pretty sure as soon as I see a dead body I'd feint. So let's see how long i can stand reading over 700 chapter shall we?
